Organisational structure and governance
WPD is governed by a Board of Directors that provides strategic oversight and guidance. An Executive Director leads the management team, supported by departments for Programs, Finance and Administration, and Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL). Each department is staffed by professionals with expertise in agriculture, health, education, environment, and community development.
